I needed tables, chairs, linens and a tent for a party I was planning. After researching several companies including the big ones everybody knows, and reading all the reviews, it was the reviews about customer service that led me to call Avalon above the rest. Everything I read was true. Melanie does indeed know the meaning of customer service, in a time when that is increasingly hard (almost impossible) to come by!

She took her time with me on the phone, gave me advice that was very useful in deciding what to rent, and she was so pleasant to talk to. Everything that was scheduled was done on-time and arrived exactly the way it was supposed to. Hate to say it, but actually just getting the order right is a big deal anymore.

I even called Melanie on a Friday night after business hours to ask a question the night before my event, and she called me right back.
